Questions before you pay
Does a pass renew?
No. Every pass is one payment and ends on its own. Nothing is charged after it ends, and we do not keep your card.
What happens on my test date?
Nothing changes: the pass runs for its full length, so you can keep practising for a retake. If you need more time, buy another pass and it starts when the current one ends.
Can I get my money back?
Yes, in full within 7 days of paying, as long as you have not taken a paid mock with that order. You do it yourself on the Account page.
My teacher or school gave me a code. Where does it go?
A teacher's partner code takes 10% off your first pass: add it on your Account page or at checkout. A voucher from a school unlocks a pass on its own: enter it on your Account page.
